How to Choose the Right Small Film Blowing Machine
1. First, determine your product (decides the machine type)
• For ultra-thin bags, fresh-keeping bags, small T-shirt bags
→ Choose mini type / small film blowing machine under 400mm
• For supermarket shopping bags, garbage bags
→ Choose 500–600mm single-layer / ABA small machine
• For biodegradable film
→ Must choose special screw for biodegradable materials + more heating zones
2. Check the film width (most critical parameter)
• Bag width × 2 + 50mm ≈ die head / film opening width of the film blowing machine
• Example: making 25cm wide bags → film width at least 55cm → choose 550/600 type
3. Check the number of layers (determines film quality)
• Single-layer machine: low cost, simple, suitable for ordinary PE bags
• ABA double / three-layer machine: film is smoother, tougher, more material-saving, first choice for foreign trade
4. Check screw size (determines output)
• Small workshop / low output: Φ45, Φ50 screw
• Stable small factory: Φ55, Φ60 screw
• Larger screw = higher output & better plasticization
5. Check motor power & energy consumption
• Common for small machines: 3kW–5.5kW main motor
• For energy saving: choose variable frequency control
6. Check if it can process biodegradable materials
• Ordinary machine ≠ biodegradable machine
• Must have: special screw, more precise temperature control, better exhaust
7. Consider budget & space
• Limited space: choose integrated all-in-one machine
• Limited budget: start with single-layer machine
• For long-term foreign trade: directly choose ABA small machine
