This Taiwan quality mini HDPE single screw film blowing machine is used to blow low density polyethylene (LDPE) and high density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic films, and can produce various T-shirt bags, shopping bags, vest bags and flat bags. It is widely used in food industry, clothing industry and textile industry. This machine can realize the continuous production and completion of film blowing, printing, embossing, edging and rewinding, and is suitable for blow molding of LDPE LLDPE mLLDPE HDPE and other raw materials and mixed raw materials.
Features
The Taiwan quality mini HDPE single screw film blowing machine selects imported high-quality heavy packaging molds with high processing precision, excellent structural design, high output and high uniformity. Its screw is specially designed for heavy packaging blow molding formula. The alloy screw is equipped with a water-cooled ring, which can increase the output. The wind ring of the machine is specially designed for heavy package, and can be equipped with imported automatic online thickness measuring wind ring. The winding device is designed as a heavy package automatic coil changer specially used for blowing large coil diameters.
