Production Introduction:

This High Speed Drawstring Rope Threading Bag Machine is designed for high-efficiency production of rolling drawstring garbage bags, trash bags and rubbish bags. It features stable performance, high speed, easy operation and low noise. Suitable for HDPE, LDPE and biodegradable plastic film, the machine can automatically complete bag making, sealing, cutting, rope threading and rolling. It is widely used in plastic packaging factories, garbage bag production plants and packaging industries.

UNWINDER PART:

1.Unwinding adopt AC motor drive type active feeding, large diameter design, reduce downtime. Driven by a frequency converter to control tension, which can be automatically along with the change of tension and roll diameter change speed
2.The unwinder adopts pneumatic loading
3.Equip with non-material,or the material is cut,the machine automatically stop device.
4.The unwinding tension is action feeding type
5.The material for this machine are the normal rolling tube material or the material which is already folded by film blowing machine. The material can be HDPE,LDPE,LLDPE,and recycle material.

CONTINUOUS PUNCHING PART:

1.Using the latest design of continuous punching equipment, raising the speed of the bag
2.Specially designed continuous punching device, continuous transportation under the state of high speed punching in the film
3.With China good brand photoelectric encoder technology to drive the punching equipment
4.Online non-stop change the punching position, easy to operate the invention of the design

HEAT SEALING AND PERFORATION PART:


1.With printing bag light magic eye tracking device
2.Automatic feeding by the servo motor speed control
3.With pre-heat device
4. Perforation and sealing are set at the same place,in case the sealing line is changed and affect the perforation
5. Up and down sealing knife independent temperature control

REWINDING PART

1.Fully automatic design-without core rewinding,automatic positioning,automatic finished roll exchange system.
2.Rewinding traction adopt inverter automatic control rewinding speed (with brake motor)
3. Exchange adopt inverter control,positioning exactly.
4.Label device is the optional device(need extra cost 2,000USD)
