2.Material compatibility: Processing thick films, high-toughness films or recycled materials containing impurities will accelerate the wear of the knife group and rubber rollers, and the cost will increase by 10% to 20%.
3.Operation and Maintenance
Regular cleaning of the knife assembly and keeping the machine dry can significantly extend the service life of the cold cutting knife.
Avoiding the machine from operating under overload for a long time can reduce the wear and tear of the motor and transmission components.
