What is a Plastic Shopping Bag Blown Film Extrusion Machine?
This plastic shopping bag blown film extrusion machine serves as the critical first stage in the plastic bag production chain, converting solid polymer pellets into a uniform, durable, and versatile film through a precise and efficient extrusion process.
At the heart of this machine is the extrusion system, where plastic raw materials such as High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), or Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) are fed into a heated barrel. Inside, a rotating screw conveys, melts, and homogenizes the plastic under controlled temperature and pressure. The molten polymer is then forced through a circular die, forming a thick-walled tube.
The defining "blown film" process begins as compressed air is introduced through the center of the die, inflating the molten tube into a large, stable bubble. This inflation simultaneously stretches the film in both radial and axial directions, a process known as biaxial orientation, which significantly enhances the film's tensile strength, toughness, and tear resistance. As the bubble ascends, a high-velocity air ring uniformly cools and solidifies the film, locking in its molecular structure and ensuring consistent thickness.
This machine allows for precise adjustment of critical parameters such as temperature, screw speed, and air pressure, ensuring optimal film quality and production efficiency.

PACKAGING AND TRANSPORTATION
The equipment adopts a packaging solution of fully wrapped with PE stretch film and fixed with wooden pallets. This design effectively protects the equipment from dust, scratches and minor impacts during storage and transportation, ensuring the equipment's appearance and core components remain intact.
From the warehouse storage of the factory to the transfer by forklifts, to the loading onto vehicles, and finally to the sealing of the containers, the entire process adheres to the specifications for transporting heavy equipment. Combined with the fixed devices of the transportation vehicles, it minimizes the impact of transportation jolts on the equipment to the greatest extent.
