一.Conventional single-channel model

This type of machine is the mainstream in the market, mainly producing flat bags, express delivery bags, and ordinary PE bags.

Basic speed range: Under standard working conditions, it is 20 to 120 bags per minute. In the industry, the conventional production is mostly stable within the range of 60 to 100 bags per minute.
Factors influencing speed
The longer and thicker the bag is (for example, a 1-meter-long thick PE bag), the speed will decrease. For instance, the actual production speed of a 1-meter-long bag is approximately 70 to 80 bags per minute.
The smaller and thinner the bag is (for example, a thin flat bag under 30cm), the speed can be pulled to 100-120 bags per minute.
Color-printed bags require photoelectric positioning, which is about 10 to 20% slower than ordinary transparent bags.

If it is a dual-channel, four-channel or even eight-channel cold cutting machine, the efficiency will be greatly improved:

Dual-channel model: It is equivalent to making two bags simultaneously, with a speed of 120 to 200 bags per minute (the speed of each bag remains unchanged, but the total output doubles).
Four-channel model: It is often used for producing small-sized vest bags, with a total speed of up to 320-560 bags per minute.
Eight-channel model: When producing ultra-small-sized garbage bags/flat bags, the output per minute can even exceed 1,000 bags, reaching the ceiling level of efficiency.

1.Servo system: Models with servo drive have a speed increase of 20-30% compared to ordinary models and better stability.
2.Automatic stacking/counting: Models with automatic material collection and stacking functions can reduce manual sorting time, and their actual production efficiency is more advantageous than pure speed numbers.
3.Material compatibility: Degradable films and high-toughness materials will slow down the speed, while ordinary PE films have the most stable efficiency.
