This machine is a side sealing bag making machine (also known as a back-sealing bag making machine), the core equipment in the flexible plastic packaging industry for producing various side-sealed/back-sealed plastic bags. It processes plastic film rolls of materials such as OPP, CPP, and PE into finished bags including clothing packaging bags, transparent food bags, self-adhesive accessory bags, and industrial protective bags through automated processes like unwinding, guiding, longitudinal heat sealing, and transverse cutting. Custom bags with zippers, holes, or tear notches can also be produced by adding additional devices. Its workflow is as follows: the film roll is fed out from the unwinding rack on the right, guided, folded, or laminated, then undergoes longitudinal heat sealing in the middle section to form the bag's side seals. It is then transversely cut to the set length while completing the heat sealing of the bag bottom/opening, and finally the finished bags are discharged from the outlet table on the left. Some models also support direct stacking and counting. Featuring high automation and fast bag-making speed, this type of equipment is the main production device for transparent side-sealed packaging products such as bread bags and accessory bags.
