What is a Biodegradable Star Seal Coreless Poly Bag Making Machine?
The coreless star-sealed garbage bag making machine is a highly automated industrial device, specifically designed for the production of the common "star-sealed" garbage bags in rolls that we see in our daily lives.
This bag-making machine processes plastic film raw materials into finished bag rolls in one go.
1. Film unwinding: The machine automatically unrolls the plastic film (such as HDPE, LDPE or degradable materials) and feeds it into the production line.
2. Folding and shaping: The film will first pass through a V-shaped or C-shaped folding device and be folded into two layers to prepare for the cylindrical shape of the bag.
3. Heat sealing and cutting: The heating device heat-seals the film to form a star-shaped bottom seal, while the cutting device precisely separates the bags.
4. Coreless winding: The sealed and cut bags are automatically and neatly wound into rolls. The built-in sensor of the machine will accurately calculate the number of bags in each roll and automatically cut off and start the winding of the next roll when the set value is reached.
PACKAGING AND TRANSPORTATION
The equipment adopts a packaging solution of fully wrapped with PE stretch film and fixed with wooden pallets. This design effectively protects the equipment from dust, scratches and minor impacts during storage and transportation, ensuring the equipment's appearance and core components remain intact.
From the warehouse storage of the factory to the transfer by forklifts, to the loading onto vehicles, and finally to the sealing of the containers, the entire process adheres to the specifications for transporting heavy equipment. Combined with the fixed devices of the transportation vehicles, it minimizes the impact of transportation jolts on the equipment to the greatest extent.
