This non-stretch bag making machine is a high-precision equipment adopting heat-seal and cold-cut technology with full-process tension closed-loop control. The film is barely stretched during production. It features non-deformable bags, high dimensional accuracy and firm seals, and is ideal for soft film, thin film and biodegradable film.
1. Working Principle
Dual servo & dual rubber roller feeding: The feeding roller and sizing roller convey the film synchronously. The sealing line is always positioned between the two sets of rollers, so the sealing area bears almost no tension.
Tension closed-loop control: Equipped with PLC, servo system and photo-electric tracking, it achieves a sizing accuracy of ±0.5mm and maintains constant tension throughout the process to avoid stretching and deformation.
Heat sealing & cold cutting: The film is first sealed by heated blades, then cut after cooling, effectively preventing thinning, elongation and wrinkling caused by hot cutting.
Working process: Unwinding → Automatic deviation correction → Constant tension feeding → Photo-electric sizing → Heat sealing → Cooling → Cold cutting → Counting → Discharging

- Flat bags: Food bags, bread bags, medicine bags, vacuum bags, gift bags
- T-shirt bags: Supermarket shopping bags, takeaway bags (preferred for soft film and biodegradable film)
- Garbage bags: Flat garbage bags, perforated roll bags, drawstring garbage bags
- Garment bags: Shirt bags, underwear bags, dust-proof cover bags - Biodegradable bags: PLA/PBAT fully biodegradable shopping bags and garbage bags (no elongation or breakage for soft film)
- Heavy-duty thick film bags: Chemical bags, feed bags, hardware dust-proof bags (stable structural strength)
Not applicable for: Heat shrinkable film bags, stand-up pouches, zipper bags, center-sealed & side-sealed laminated bags (special machines required)
