What are the precautions for PE film blowing machine?
1.During equioment heating for 3 to 4 hours,check whether each heating part is normal and whether the pointer of voltage Ammeter is normal. If there is any problem,repair it in time.
2.After starting,the main machine starts at 15-20 rpm,and observe the plasticization of materials,the pressure and current of the main machine are normal.It is strictly prohibited to start the machine forcibly without heating (if the heating is not enough,it will lead to dislocation of the mold and uneven film thickness).
3.During the production process,operators are not allowed to stay away from the winding area to prevent unexpected situations from being detected and dealt with in a timely manner. When winding,attention should be paid to the position of the knife and hands to ensure safety.
4.When cleaning the membrane opening and changing the mesh,protective gloves should be worn,and attention shoule be paid to the exposed parts of the wiring terminals at the machine head to avoid being injured by electric shock; When cleaning the film opening and changing the screen,a copper shovel must be used to avoid damaging the film opening and changing the screen. At the same time,attention should be paid to improving efficiency and timing during shutdown and changing the screen.The temperature should not drop to avoid affecting the next film blowing work.
5.Be careful not to bring your hands into the roller during the film introduction process.
