The dry polyethylene particles are added into the hopper,and the components of the film blowing machine itself enter the screw from the hopper,When the particles touch the oblique edge of the thread,the plastic of the rotating oblique edge fabric will have a straight thrust with the oblique edge surface,pushing the plastic particles forward.In the process of moving,due to the conflict between the plastic and the screw,the plastic and the barrel,the film blowing machine and the collision friction between the particles,They are also gradually melted due to the external heating of the barrel.The molten plastic is filtered by the machine head to remove impurities and comes out from the die mouth of the die head.It is cooled by the wind ring,blown and expanded by the roller,and rolled into a cylinder.Check that there is no shortage of temperature self-control and heating appliances.Pay attention to timely adjust the heating temperature at each point to be within the target scale.
Check the traction speed and control the film thickness.
2.Investigate and adjust the uniformity of film thickness,and the folding diameter conforms to the specification.
3.Check the pressure of air storage cylinder,which shall not be too high,but shall have standby pressure.
4.Check and control the material ratio and mix evenly.
5.Check whether there are impurities in the material,especially use a magnet to check whether iron is mixed in.
6.Check whether the gearbox position and the air compressor cylinder are smooth.
7.Regularly check the temperature rise and mechanical transmission of each working motor.
