Start-up preparation of plastic film blowing machine
1.Check and add the lubricating oil in the gearbox and air compressor,and check the lubrication of the mechanical transmission parts.
2.Check whether the film blowing unit is installed as required,and check that the bolts are well tightened.
3.Check that there is no foreign matter in the blank,and no iron filings or other unqualified materials are mixed in the raw materials.
4.Check that the heating system and temperature measurement system of the unit are in good condition.
5.The material requirements should be dry,otherwise it should be pre-dried.
6.Check the power supply and electrical parts,and all parts should be safely grounded.
7.If the barrel is not filled with plastic,it is filled with plastic and the temperature does not meet the requirements,and it is forbidden to start.
8.During the start-up process,irrelevant personnel should leave to prevent local overheating of the material from rushing out and burns,to prevent belts and mixing drums from being pierced,and to prevent hair and clothing from being rolled in.
