A plastic bag making machine is mainly composed of:storage device,stepping device,frequency conversion device,whole bag device,heat sealing cutter and control device.The main feature is that the storage device stores the corresponding amount of raw materials,the stepping device drives the raw materialsthe frequency conversion device the heat-sealing cutter,the whole bag device produces a fixed number of bags after the whole bag,and the heat-sealing cutter controls the temperature of the raw materials through a thermostat.For sealing and cutting,the control device coordinates all actions as a whole.
The frequency converter adopts Delta Mseries frequency converter.Delta M series inverters have functions such as automatic torqie compensation,slip compensation,and automatic voltage stabilization.In the case of frequent start and stop of the motor,the motor can be effectively protected to aviod the influence of the starting current on the power grid,and at the same time,energy saving and consumption reduction can be effectively realized.The thermostat uses Delta DTA4848R.Delta's ventilators have a self-tuning function,and the temperature error is controlled within 0.1 degrees.The main control methods are as follows:
1.Turn on the discharge switch and control the movement of the storage motor through the storage photoelectric to store quantitative materials.
2.Turn on the heating control switch,and heat the hot knife through the thermostat.
3.The raw material is driven by the stepping motor.The white bag sealing and cutting is to detemine the stepping motor to stop at a fixed number of steps to achieve fixed-length control;the color bag sealing and cutting is to stop the stepping motor to stop detecting the corresponding signal from the electric eye to achieve positioning control.
4.After the stepping motor stops,the three-phase asynchronous motor drives the hot knife for sealing and cutting.
5.After sealing and cutting the set number of bags,complete the bag.
