Both letterpress and gravure printing machines can printing non-woven fabrices,but most of the actual production is completed by silk printing process.There are three printing methods for non-woven fabrics:
1.Watermark:it is named because it uses water-based elastic glue as the printing medium.It is common in textile printing,also know as printing.When printing,the color paste is mixed with water-based elastic glue.No chemical solvent is used to develop the printing plate,and it can be directly washed with water.It is characterized by good coloring power,strong covering and fastness,water resistance,and basically no odor.
2.Intaglio printing:the finished products processed by this method are usually called peritoneal nonwoven bags.This process is divided into two steps,i.e.the traditional gravure printing machine is used to print thetext on the film,and then the film with the pattern is laminated on the non-woven fabric by the film coating process.This process is generally used for large-area color pattern printed non-woven bags.It is characterized by fine printing,machine production throughout the process and short production cycle.In addition,the product has excellent waterproof performance,and the durability of the finished product is also better than that of non-woven bags produced by other processed.The film has two kinds of bright and matte,and the matte has a frosting effect!The disadvantage is that it conflicts with the concept of environmental protection,because the film is difficult to degrade.
3.Thermal transfer printing:thermal transfer printing belongs to special printing in printing!The method requires an intermediate medium,that is,the text is printed on the thermal transfer film or thermal transfer paper,and then the pattern is transferred to the non-wocen fabric by heating the transfer equipment.The medium commonly used in textile printing is thermal transfer film.Its advantahes are:fine printing,rich layers and comparable photos.Suitable for small area color image printing.The disadvantages are high price and high printing cost.
