How to make the bag making machine work better,more stably and faster?The following issues need to be noted:
1.Keep the discharging and dragging material smooth
When feeding,the height of the swing roll should not be too high or too low,and when dragging the material,the tightness should be appropriate.If it is improper,it will cause radial shake of the material in the process of operation, resulting in errors in the bag length and stretching of the bag length.This situation needs to clean K world frame,adjust the pressure before and after the release roller.
2. Set the temperature appropriately
If the temperature is too high,the bags will appear folds,resulting in inaccurate photoelectric tracking.The length of the bags produced will vary.To avoid tracking failure,increase the photoelectric sensitivity first,wait for the temperature to stabilize,and then reduce the sensitivity. Different materials are used to produce products,and the suitable temperature is also different.
3.Keep the product in the middle of the press roll
Adjust the balance between the left and right sides of the press roll,so that the left and right sides of the press roll to maintain balance,avoid the drag swaying instability.
4. Materails should be kept in the same horizontal plane
The flatness of the bag is affected by whether the pressure of the ironing knife is balanced and whether the material is on the same level.
