Bag making machines can be divided into:
1.Spunlace:it is to spray high-pressure micro water onto one more layers of fiber nets,so that the fibers are intertwined with each other,so that the fiber nets can be reinforced and have a certain strength.
2.Heat sealing non-woven bag:refes to adding fibrous or powdery hot-melt bonding reinforcement materials to be the fiber mesh,and the heating,melting,cooling and strengthening the fiber mesh into cloth.
3.Pulp air mesh nonwoven bag:also known as dust-free paper,dry paper nonwoven.It used the air flow netting technology to loosen the wood pulp fiberboard into a single fiber state,and then uses the air flow method to agglutinate the fibers on the netting cyrtain,and then the fiber mesh is reinforced into cloth.
4.Wet non-woven bag:it is to loosen the fiber raw materials placed in the aqueous medium into single fibers,mix different fiber raw materials at the same time,and make fiber suspension slurry.The suspension slurry is transported to the netting mechanism,and the fibers are netted in the wet state and the reinforced into cloth.
5.Spunbonded nonwoven bag:after the polymer has been extruded and stretched to form continuous filaments,the filaments are laid into a net,and then the fiber net is transformed into a non-woven fabric through self bonding,thermal bonding,chemical bonding or mechanical reinforcement.
6.Melt blown nonwoven bag:its technological process:polymer feeding---melt extrusion---fiber formation---fiber cooling---netting--- reinforcement into cloth.
7.Acupuncture:it is a kind of dry non-woven fabric.Acupuncture non-woven fabric uses the puncture effect of a needle to consolidate the fluffy fiber net into cloth.
8.Stitching:it is a kind of dry non-woven fabric.The stitching method uses the warp knitting coil structure to reinforce the fiber web,yarn layer,non-woven materials (such as plastic sheet,plastic thin metal foil.etc.)or their combinations to make non-woven fabrics.
