Single Layer Nylon Film Blowing Machine is a professional and efficient plastic film processing equipment specially developed for nylon (PA) raw materials. Adopting mature single-screw extrusion and down-blowing film forming process, it can independently complete the whole process of nylon raw material melting, extrusion, inflation cooling, flattening traction and finished film winding. This equipment is designed for single-layer nylon film production, with simple structure, stable operation and high production precision, which fills the production demand of high-purity single nylon film in the packaging and industrial fields, and is one of the core equipment for medium and small batch high-quality nylon film production.
This machine adopts integrated structural design, mainly composed of feeding system, extrusion system, die head forming system, air cooling inflation system, traction flattening system and automatic winding system. In the working process, nylon raw materials are evenly conveyed to the screw barrel through the hopper, and the 38CrMoAlA nitrided screw and barrel with optimized length-diameter ratio are used for uniform heating, melting and plasticization to ensure the full fusion of raw materials without dead angles. The molten nylon material is extruded into a uniform tubular film through the precision die head, and then the film bubble is stably formed through the low-temperature air cooling inflation device. After rapid cooling and shaping, the film is flattened and pulled by the traction roller, and finally wound into neat and smooth finished film rolls by the automatic winding mechanism. The whole production process is continuous and automated, realizing one-time forming of single-layer nylon film.
