Our Single Layer Film Blower is one of the core star equipment independently developed by Ruian Mingfeng Machinery Co., Ltd. This Single Layer Film Blower adopts a single-screw one-step extrusion structure, featuring compact layout, low energy consumption and simple operation, which is widely used to produce LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE plastic films for shopping bags, agricultural packaging and daily packaging.
Equipped with precision casting die head and adjustable air cooling ring, our Single Layer Film Blower ensures uniform film thickness and smooth film surface. The whole machine is controlled by PLC touch screen, realizing automatic synchronization of extrusion, traction and winding. With fewer wearing parts and convenient daily maintenance, this equipment is very suitable for small and medium-sized plastic processing factories with low investment demand.
