Our Mini Single Layer Film Blower is a compact plastic film making machine independently developed by Ruian Mingfeng Machinery Co., Ltd. This Mini Single Layer Film Blower adopts an integrated frame design with small floor space and low energy consumption, perfectly matching small workshops and startup plastic factories. It can process LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and recycled plastic to produce films for shopping bags, food packaging and agricultural mulch.
Installed with precision casting die head and adjustable air cooling ring, our Mini Single Layer Film Blower delivers plastic films with consistent thickness and smooth surface. The whole unit adopts PLC synchronous control system, realizing automatic extrusion, haul-off and winding. Constant tension winding avoids wrinkled film rolls, and fewer wear parts greatly cut daily maintenance expenses.
