The air-cooled plastic film granulator is a professional, energy-saving and environmentally friendly recycling and pelletizing equipment specially developed for waste plastic film materials. It is mainly used for recycling and reprocessing various waste plastic films such as PE, LDPE, HDPE, PP, EVA and agricultural mulch films, packaging films, and plastic edge materials. The core advantage of the air-cooled plastic film granulator lies in its efficient low-temperature air cooling system. During the working process, the equipment uses screw low-temperature extrusion technology to melt the plastic film after crushing and feeding, avoiding material decomposition and performance degradation caused by high-temperature heating. The high-temperature molten plastic strips extruded from the die head are rapidly cooled and shaped by the circulating cold air system equipped with high-power fans. The multi-channel air duct design realizes uniform heat dissipation on the surface of the plastic strips, which can quickly reduce the material temperature to the molding standard temperature in a short time. The whole cooling process does not require water resources, avoiding water pollution and scaling problems caused by water cooling, and effectively ensures the flatness and uniformity of the plastic strips, laying a good foundation for subsequent uniform pelletizing.
