The general rotogravure printing machine is a high-precision, high-speed continuous printing equipment widely used in the flexible packaging and printing industry. The working principle of the general rotogravure printing machine is based on the principle of intaglio ink transfer and air drying and setting. Firstly, the ink is evenly coated on the surface of the engraved gravure cylinder, and the excess ink on the non-graphic area is scraped off by a high-precision doctor blade, leaving ink only in the concave mesh holes of the graphic and text part. During the operation of the equipment, the printing substrate passes through the gap between the gravure cylinder and the impression cylinder. Under the uniform pressure of the impression cylinder, the ink in the concave mesh holes is accurately transferred to the surface of the substrate.
