The non-stretching bag-making machine (also known as the non-tensile bag-making machine or tension-free bag-making machine) is a plastic bag-making equipment that avoids stretching deformation at the film sealing area during the bag-making process. The core design concept is: after heat sealing and before cold cutting, the film material forms a relaxed section, so that the heat-pressed sealing line is not affected by tensile force before it is completely cooled.

1.Set a relaxation section on the raw material path between the heat sealing knife and the cold cutting knife (i.e., the film is not tightened here), and the heat-sealed packaging bag can be fully cooled in this area. The driving force for the heat-sealed packaging bags to enter the relaxation section comes from the feeding of the feeding roller rather than the traction, thus avoiding the deformation problem caused by being pulled during the heat-sealing process or immediately after the heat-sealing is completed
