三, Equipment Installation Steps
1. Equipment positioning: Use a forklift or crane to move the equipment to the installation position. Adjust the anchor bolts to ensure the equipment is placed horizontally, with a horizontal error not exceeding 2mm/m.
2. Power connection: Have a professional electrician connect the power cord according to the electrical schematic diagram, confirm that the power voltage and phase sequence are correct, and ensure reliable grounding.
3. Air source connection: Connect the compressed air pipe to the air inlet of the equipment, install the air filter and pressure regulating valve, and adjust the air pressure to 0.6-0.7MPa.
4. Equipment inspection: Check whether the fasteners at all parts are loose, whether the transmission components are flexible, and whether the electrical connections are reliable.
5. Add lubricating oil: Add lubricating oil or grease to each lubrication point as per the lubrication requirements.
6. No-load test run: Connect the power supply, start the motor, and check whether the rotation direction of each motor is correct, whether the operation of each mechanism is smooth, and whether there is any abnormal noise.

四,Startup Process
1. Connect the main power supply: Turn on the main power switch of the electrical control cabinet and check if the power indicator light is on.
2. Start the control system: Turn on the power of the touch screen, wait for the system to start up completely, and then enter the main operation interface.
3. Connect the air source: Open the compressed air intake valve and check if the pressure gauge display is normal.
4. Set the temperature: Set the temperatures of the heat sealing knife and the hot cutting knife on the temperature control interface, press the heating switch, and the temperature will start to rise.
5. Wait for the temperature to rise: Wait for the temperature to reach the set value and stabilize, which usually takes 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Set parameters: Set production parameters such as bag-making length, bag-making speed, and counting quantity on the touch screen.
7. Threading and feeding: Thread the plastic film according to the threading steps.
8. Prepare for production: Confirm that all preparations have been completed and notify the surrounding personnel to pay attention to safety.
