Performance and Features:
The barrel and screw of the extruder are processed with special treatment, featuring optimal hardness and corrosion resistance.
Changing different molds allows the production of various types of zipper chains.
The machine completes the entire process from extrusion, mold shaping, constant temperature cooling water system, dehydration device, air-drying device, zipper buckling device, to automatic length/quantity calculation, automatic arranging and winding on the winding table, resulting in high-quality finished zipper chains.
The mold has a flexible structure for easy loading and unloading, and the machine is simple to operate.
