This machine is applicable for producing automatic zipper bags made of PE, PP, OPP, BOPP, and other plastic materials. It is widely used in the packaging of knitted products, clothing, food, stationery, and more.

1.Automatic slider feeding: No manual fitting of sliders. The zipper profile and slider are laminated to the bag mouth in one single process.
2.Dual servo drive and photoelectric tracking: Automatically tracks color marks for printed bags, with minimal bag length tolerance and stable finished bag dimensions.
3.Multi-section independent temperature control: The sealing temperature can be adjusted separately for each zone. It delivers flat and firm sealing edges, without film sticking or burning through PE frosted film.
4.Optional attachments: round corner cutter, air hole punching unit, tear notch cutter, counting and stacking device, available upon request.
PACKAGING AND TRANSPORTATION
The machine is packed by fully wrapping with PE stretch film and secured on wooden pallets. This packaging method effectively shields the equipment against dust, scratches and minor collisions during storage and transit, keeping the exterior and key components in good condition.
The whole handling process, from factory warehousing, forklift transfer and truck loading to container sealing, complies with heavy-duty machinery transportation standards. Together with vehicle fixing fixtures, it can greatly reduce vibration and shock impacts on the equipment during shipment.
