6 Color Stack Flexographic Printing Machine adopts flexible relief rotary printing. Six independent printing units are arranged in a vertical stack. The roll substrate travels continuously and vertically through each station for layer-by-layer color registration. Each color is dried before the next color printing, and full-color graphics are formed by overprinting.
This 6 Color Stack Flexographic Printing Machine is equipped with independent anilox roller, flexible plate cylinder and impression roller for every printing unit. The roll substrate travels continuously and vertically through six independent vertically stacked flexographic printing units. Each unit applies metered ink via an anilox roller and transfers one color through a flexible relief plate. Hot-air drying is arranged between color stations to avoid ink smudging. Six colors are overprinted layer by layer, and finished materials are finally rewound.
Compared with CI-type flexo printers, the 6 Color Stack Flexographic Printing Machine occupies less floor space and supports convenient double-sided printing. It can handle various roll substrates including plastic film, paper cup paper, non-woven fabric and packaging paper, widely used in food packaging bags, shopping bags, labels and disposable packaging products.
