Filmblowing Machine Film Winding

The tube billet of the film blowing  machine is blown into a tube film and cooled by air.It is first clamped flat by the hermitage guide plate,then pulled by the pinch roller,and then wound by the winding roller into a film product.The function of the herringbone plate is to stabilize the cooled membrane tube,prevent it from shaking,and flatten it.The traction clamp roller is composed of a rubber and a metal roller,whose role is to pull and stretch the film.The distance between the drag roller and the die has a certain influence on the forming process and the properties of the tube film,which determines the cooling time of the film tube before folding,which is related to the thermal properties of the plastic.
