Factors Affecting Production Capacity of Drawstring Garbage Bag Making Machine

一.Equipment self-configuration

1.Servo configuration: Full servo > dual servo > ordinary frequency conversion. The more servos there are, the better the synchronization of film feeding, rope pulling, sealing and cutting will be, with a speed increase of 20% to 40%. The speed of ordinary inverter models is generally low.

2.Model width: The larger the effective bag-making width of the machine (such as 600/800/1000mm models), the slower the rate of making large wide bags, but the faster the production of narrow bags.

3.Additional options: Equipped with automatic roll changing, automatic rope threading, automatic winding, and automatic punching. The speed will be slightly reduced by 5% to 15%. The simple basic model is faster.

二.Specifications of Garbage Bag Products

1.Bag size: The longer the bag length and the wider the width, the less bag comes out per minute. The efficiency of small-sized household garbage bags is the highest, while the production capacity of large-sized environmental sanitation garbage bags has decreased significantly.

2.Single-row/double-row discharge: The production capacity of a dual-row model is approximately twice that of a single machine, while the output of a single-row model with one discharge is relatively low.

3.The number of rolls per roll: The more rolls are packed in each roll, the less frequently the rolls are collected and replaced, and the overall effective production efficiency is improved.

三.Quality of Raw Materials

1.Film thickness: The thinner the film, the smoother the material flow and the higher the speed. Thick films have high toughness, take a long time to seal, and the production speed decreases.

2.The raw material for the drawstring: Inferior loose and tight ropes with uneven thickness are prone to getting stuck and stopping the machine, reducing the effective working hours.

四.Production environment and manual operation

1.Temperature environment: When the temperature in the workshop is too low, the film becomes hard, the film runs off course, the sealing is poor, and frequent shutdowns for debugging occur.

2.Operator proficiency: Experienced operators can change materials and adjust machines in a short time, while novice operators frequently adjust machines, which wastes production time.

3.The quality of the roll material: The end face of the mother roll film is uneven and the tightness is inconsistent, which is prone to deviation, machine shutdown and reduced production capacity.
