As is well known, a plastic granulator is a molding device that shapes materials into specific forms. In daily life, the plastic raw materials needed to handle waste plastics are cheaper than those that have risen in recent years. With the strong support of our country, new types of plastic granulators are constantly being updated to achieve the goal of "regeneration".

The basic screw operation is normal, but no material is discharged: Due to the discontinuous operation of the hopper during the feeding process, foreign objects are prone to clogging the feeding port, causing "bridging". In the screw channel, hard metal objects fell in, causing the channel to be blocked and resulting in normal feeding.
Increase the feed rate to make the screw feeding continuous and stable. Stop the operation immediately, remove the foreign objects from the material outlet and eliminate the "bridging" phenomenon. If it is confirmed that there are metal foreign objects present, stop the machine immediately and remove the screw. Only after the metal foreign objects have been eliminated can the normal production process be resumed.
Material leakage from the exhaust hole: The raw material is not clean or contains impurities, the feeding speed is too fast, resulting in unstable extrusion of the screw and insufficient plasticizing temperature.
Clean the raw materials thoroughly or replace the filter screen to effectively reduce the feed rate, allowing the plasticizing stabilizing screw to extrude smoothly and increase the plasticizing temperature.
The main unit does not rotate or stops suddenly: The power supply of the main motor has poor contact or is not connected. During heating and temperature rise, the time is insufficient or one of the heaters is not working properly. Check the temperature display at each stage, confirm the preheating and temperature rise time, and check whether each heater is damaged or not properly disconnected. Make timely modifications.
