1) Vertical blown film unit: Special screw for LDPE, HDPE, PLA and PBAT raw materials, stable air ring cooling system to guarantee even film thickness;
2)Inline flexo printing unit: 2-color / 4-color flexographic printing tower, synchronous speed matching with film haul-off, stable overprint accuracy without film stretching;
3)Haul-off & automatic winding system: Variable frequency speed control, double-station winding for neat and tight finished rolls;
4)Independent PLC control console: All sections run synchronously, easy speed adjustment for film blowing, printing and hauling.
