The two‑stage plastic recycling granulator machine is a professional waste plastic pelletizing equipment with tandem double‑extruder structure. Specially designed for recycling waste plastic film, woven bags and plastic scraps with high moisture and impurities.
Features
The two‑stage plastic recycling granulator is suitable for recycling waste plastic film, shopping bags, vest bags, woven sacks, injection sprues and other plastic leftovers. Recycled pellets can be reused for blown film, bag‑making and plastic injection molding.
This machine consists of two series‑connected extruders, feeding system, multi‑layer filtering device, vacuum degassing unit, die head and pelletizing unit. The first‑stage extruder completes feeding, compaction and preliminary plasticizing. Large‑flow vacuum exhaust removes moisture, ink and volatile impurities from molten plastic. Pre‑processed melt flows into the second‑stage extruder for further homogenization and pressure stabilization. After fine filtration, the material is extruded through die opening and cut uniformly into plastic pellets. The whole workflow realizes continuous automatic granulation.
