The fully‑automatic high‑speed plastic bag making machine is an intelligent, high‑speed and multi‑functional packaging equipment independently developed for mass production of various plastic bags.
During operation, the plastic film roll is automatically unwound and conveyed under constant tension to avoid film wrinkling, deviation and material waste. It performs high‑precision heat‑sealing forming with firm and smooth sealing edges, and completes synchronous fixed‑size cutting. Finally, finished plastic bags are automatically stacked and counted in order to realize unmanned continuous production.
Equipped with a PLC control system and servo precision tension‑control feeding technology, as well as photoelectric tracking sensors, the machine delivers accurate fixed‑length positioning and stable color‑mark tracking for printed plastic films. It effectively solves the problem of inconsistent bag dimensions caused by conventional bag‑making equipment.
PACKAGING AND TRANSPORTATION
The equipment is fully wrapped with PE stretch film and secured on wooden pallets for packaging. This packaging method effectively shields the machine against dust, scratches and minor impacts during storage and transit, keeping both its appearance and core components in perfect condition.
The whole workflow, from factory‑warehouse storage, forklift handling and truck loading to container sealing, strictly complies with heavy‑duty equipment transportation standards. Together with vehicle‑mounted fixing fixtures, it greatly reduces damages to the equipment caused by bumps and vibrations in transit.
