(1).Open the electric control box door, the bottom left terminal ABC is connected to the fire line, N is connected to the zero line, the right three terminals are connected to the side feeding machine feed screw motor.After connecting the three-phase four-wire power supply, start the power supply, first check whether the traction direction is correct and adjust (adjust the main inlet line), then check whether the running direction of the other three motors is correct and adjust, please refer to the arrow on the body.The feeding motor only needs to be connected with three fire wires, and the fourth terminal post connected with three wires shall not be connected.Before the feeding motor is used, please remove the red node on the fuel tank cover.
(2).Start all switches (green button) on the operation panel for each use, and confirm that the motor is running normally before feeding.Before or after each stop, stop feeding and idle for about 30-60 seconds.Make sure that the edging machine is not started in the state of stuffy material to avoid the burden of motor.
(3).The oil cup is filled twice a day, and the oil gun is pulled twice each time.
(4).In the process of use, avoid metal, stone and other foreign matter into the crushing chamber, check whether there is noise bearing when the machine is running.When the machine is shut down, it is necessary to check whether the blade screws are tightened and whether the blade is worn.
