Biodegradable plastic film blowing extruder is professional film extrusion machinery tailored for degradable biopolymer materials such as PLA, PBAT, specially upgraded in screw structure, heating system and cooling unit to adapt to the unique melting characteristics of compostable raw materials. Unlike traditional plastic film blowing machines, this equipment avoids film breakage, uneven thickness and bubble shaking problems during degradable film production, greatly improving finished product yield.
This biodegradable plastic film blowing extruder can produce biodegradable films with adjustable width from 600mm to 1200mm and thickness ranging 0.02–0.15mm. The produced film can be directly processed by plastic bag making machine to make compostable shopping bags, rubbish bags, vest nylon bags and flat packaging bags. It can be combined with printing equipment and bag manufacturing machines to build a full set of automatic nylon bag production line, widely favored by packaging manufacturers in Europe, Southeast Asia and Middle East.
