3.Check the paper‑pressing mechanism. Insufficient pressing pressure will cause paper shaking during cutting. Appropriately increase the paper‑pressing pressure to ensure the paper is firmly pressed and fixed while cutting.

2.Adjust the feeding baffle. Do not set the baffle gap too tight to avoid paper jams caused by paper squeezing.

3.Check the paper‑feeding wheels and conveying rubber rollers. Clean paper powder on roller surfaces if they are worn and slipping; replace them in case of severe wear.

4.Replace qualified base paper if the raw paper is damp, wrinkled or deformed. Arrange paper stacks neatly to prevent skewed paper from entering the machine.

四.Machine Fails to Start and No Action Occurs

1.Check the power supply and whether the emergency‑stop button is reset. Check the machine alarm codes and verify if the safety protection switch is triggered.

2.Check the wiring of the inverter and control system. Retighten loose wiring terminals.
