In the working process, the length of the film feeding size is different, the feeding size is more than 5mm shorter than the preset size, and the film is not fed intermittently once in the working process.
Solution:
(1) The photoelectric eye sensitivity adjustment is not good or the polarity selection is wrong.
(2) The photoelectric switch to earth leakage or short circuit between the ends, should be replaced.
(3) The feeding speed is lower than the feeding speed, the need to relax the pressure film laminating, check the performance of the feeding part, troubleshooting.
