Causes of failure:
1:The resin raw material itself has odor
2:The extrusion temperature of the melting resin is too high,causing resin to decopose,thereby producing odor
3:insufficient cooling of the membrane bubbles,and the hot air in the membrane bubbles is not excluded.
Solution:
1:Replace the resin ingredients
2:Adjust the squeeze temperature
3:Inprove the cooling efficiency of the cooling wind rings and fully cool the membrance bubbles.
