When the gravure printing machine prints,the printing plate cylinder inks the whole page,scrapes the ink of the blank part on the page with an ink scraper,leaving the ink of the graphic part,and then passes the paper.The embossing cylinder imprints on the back of the paper,so that the ink of the concave part is directly transferred to the paper surface,and finally the printed matter is stacked or rewound through the paper receiving part.
Printing mode
Gravure printing machine adopts the direct printing method of round pressing.The printing is directly made on the printing drum,and the ink is fed by ink dipping or inkjet.There is on ink leveling mechanism.Due to the thick ink layer,the use of volatile fast drying ink must have a drying device.
