1. Electrical failure
Power supply problem:

A blown servo amplifier fuse or unplugged plug may also cause equipment downtime.
Motor problems:
Lack of motor phase or poor contact of motor carbon brush will lead to insufficient power or failure to start.
Motor damage or speed board failure will also affect the normal operation of the equipment.
Control system failure:
Abnormal Hall signal of microcomputer, such as magnetic steel position or hall switch damage, will affect the accurate control of the device.
The failure of the temperature control system, such as the fault of the temperature sensor or the damage of the heating element, will lead to inaccurate temperature control and affect the quality of the seal.
Second, mechanical failure
Sealing problem:
Improper sealing: It may be caused by insufficient heat sealing temperature, uneven sealing pressure or uneven sealing knife surface.
Sealing deformation or bending: related to improper setting of sealing temperature and pressure.
The appearance of bubbles or irregular marks at the seal: it may be due to the poor quality of the sealing material or the presence of moisture and dirt at the seal.
Transmission problem:
Serious wear of the transmission part or improper mechanical structure will lead to inaccurate automatic stamping position or unsealed stamping.
Loose or damaged conveyor belts or chains will affect the accurate positioning and transmission of bags.
Noise problem:
The abnormal sound generated during the operation of the device may be caused by loose parts or worn parts. Check and tighten the device in time.
Third, material issues
Packaging material quality:
Plastic bag material does not meet the requirements, such as thickness, hardness and other parameters are not up to standard, will affect the sealing effect and the normal operation of the equipment.
Insufficient packaging material length or width can also lead to inaccurate automatic punch position or insufficient pocket width.
Material handling:
There is moisture and dirt in the seal, which will reduce the quality of the seal and even cause the seal to be weak.
4. Improper operation
Improper parameter setting:
Improper setting of sealing temperature, pressure, speed and other parameters will affect the sealing effect and the performance of the equipment.
Inadequate maintenance:
Regular repair and maintenance of equipment is the key to reduce the occurrence of failures. If the sealing strip is not cleaned in time and the parts with serious wear are replaced, the aging and damage of the equipment will be accelerated.
