1.precautions before work:
(1)Check whether the tool holder is cracked and whether the tool is sharp.If any problem is found, it is not allowed to drive.
(2)Check whether the transmission parts are normal and whether the anchor screws are film.If any problem is found,it can be started to cut paper after it is eliminated in time.
(3)Add lubricating oil to all transmission parts.
2.precautions during work:
(1)The paper cutting shall be carried out after the operation of each part is normal.
(2)Check all fasteners frequently to see if they are loose during operation,and tighten them immediately.
(3)Only two pieces of hard board paper can be cut at a time,and the umber of cut pipe paper and low asphalt paper cannot exceed 500 at a time.If other papers are cut,the quality must be determined according to the paper.
(4)During opeeration,pay attention to its operation.In case of abnormal sound,shut down the machine immediately，find out the cause and eliminate the fault.
3.routine maintenance
The equipment shall be operated by a specially assigned person.It is not allowed to change the operator arbitrarily.If necessary,the operator can be changed only after being approved by the section.
Clean after work every day and fill in the operation records.
