Precautions for operation of PP woven bag sewing machine
1.After the new workpiece program is input,it shall be put into trial operation first and its operation shall be checked.
2.Observe the safety operation regulations of general PP woven bag cutting machine.We need to operate and start the PP woven bag cutting machine in strict accordance with the laser startup procedure.
3.The operator must be trained to be familiar with the structure and performance of the equipment and master the relevant knowledge of the operating system.
4.Wear labor protection articles according to the regulations,and wear protective glasses in accordance with the regulations near the laser beam.
5.Do not process a material before it is clear whether it can be irradiated or geated by laser,so as to avoid the potential danger of producing smoke and steam.
6.Start the machine tool manually at low speed in the X and Y directions to check and confirm whether there is any abnormality.
7.When the equipment is started,the operator shall not leave the post or entrust someone to take care of it.If it is really necessary to leave,the machine shall be shut down or the power switch shall be cut off.
8.The fire extinguisher shall be placed at a place where it can be reached.The laser shall be turned off or the switch shall be turned off when it is not processed.Do not place paper,cloth or other inflammables near the unprotected laser beam.
9.In case of any abnormality during the processing,the machine shall be shut down immediately to eliminate the fault to the competent personnel.
10.Keep PP woven bag cutting machine,bed and surrounding site clean,orderly and free of oil,and stack workpieces,plates and wastes as required.
11.When using gas cylinders,avoid crushing the welding wires to avoid leakage accidents,The use and calculation of gas cylinders shall comply with the gas cylinder supervision regulations.It is prohibited to expose the gas cylinder in the sun or near the heat source.When opening the bottle valve,the operator must stand on the side of the nozzle.
12.High voltage safety regulations shall be observed during maintenance.Regulations and procedures shall be installed.
13.When the equipment is working,we should pay attention to the operation of the machine tool to avoid accidents caused by PP woven bag cutting machine out of the effective travel range or collision between two machines.
