The baffle plate of the plastic film blowing machine is made of brass plate.There are two pieces,respectively,on the felt and right sides between the i and n rollers of the calender.The function is to produce the product before the calender is produced.How much and the required width of the product are adjusted to determine the distance between the two stoppers to control the movement of the molten material into the roller position.
The working installation position and moving method of the baffle plate are shown in Figure 4-32.The piecture shows the structure of a universal baffle plate in the four-roll calender.The baffle plate is fixed on the suppore frame by screws.There is a nut in the upper end hole of the support frame,and the nut is assembled on the screw in the beam.When the screw rotates (manually or motor-driven),the nut drives the baffle plate to move left and right,and the different size distances between the two baffle plates are obtained.
