The plastic blown film machine's baffle is made of brass plate.There are two pieces on the left and right sides of the calender's I and n rollers.Its function is to produce the product according to the amount of material used before the calender How much and the required width of the product can be adjusted to determine the distance between the two baggle plates to control the movement of the molten material into the roller position.
The working installation position and moving method of the baffle board are shown in Figure 4-32.The figure shows the structure of a universal type baffle plate in the county four-roll calender.The baffle plate is fixed on the support frame by screws.There is a nut in the upper end hole of the support frame,and the nut is assembled on the screw in the beam.When the screw rotates (manually or motor-driven),the nut plate drives the baffle plate to move left and right,and different distances between the two baffle plates are obtained.
