Film blowing machine is to melt plastic particles and blow them into a film. 1,The external cooling meyhod is the earliest applied method.Under the action of the cooling ring,a uniform cooling air around the ring is generated by releasing the cooling air on a circular ring along the extrusion direction direction and on the outer surface of the bubble.Inside the cooling ring,the air at the upper port is expelled at a faster average speed than at the lower port.It is ensured that the shape of the bubble is consistent with that of the air cooling ring,so that the average flow velocity of the air is increased and thus the heat transfer is improved.
2.Internal cooling directly dissipates heat through the film bubble for cooling purposes.Because the flow rate of air in the bubble is relatively low and there is no regularity,external cooling is dominant.In the blow molding process of the film blowing machine,to ensure the quality of the film product,the stability of the film bubble before the film is formed must be considered to effectively control the product qualification rate.The output of blown film by the blown film machine is not only restricted by the film bubble,but also the cooling system of the blown film machine.A perfect cooling system requires reasonable configuration and stability of the film blowing machine,spinning,etc.,is mainly determined according to actual needs.
