First, check and adjust the sealing parameters
Heat sealing temperature:
A common reason for poor sealing is that the heat sealing temperature is not enough. For example, for the composite bag with opp as the inner material, when the total thickness of the bag is 8090μm, the heat sealing temperature should reach 170180℃; When the total thickness of the composite bag made of pe is 85100μm, the temperature should be controlled at 180200℃. If the total thickness of the bag is increased, the heat sealing temperature should also be increased accordingly.
Sealing speed:
Too fast sealing speed may also lead to improper sealing. Appropriately reduce the sealing speed, so that the plastic bag in the sealing process has enough time for heat sealing, so as to improve the sealing firmness.
Sealing pressure:
The pressure of the cold pressing rubber wheel is also an important factor affecting the sealing quality. Adjust the pressure of the cold-pressed rubber wheel to a moderate level to ensure a tight fit of the seal.
Second, check the sealing mechanical parts
Heat sealing knife:
Check whether the hot sealing knife is smooth. If the surface of the hot sealing knife is not smooth, bubbles or irregular marks will appear at the seal, which will affect the sealing quality. Balance can be achieved by recalibrating the position of the middle screw so that it is in a horizontal state, or adjusting the pressure springs of the upper and lower heat seals.
Transmission parts:
Check whether the transmission parts are badly worn or loose, such as conveyor belts, chains, etc. If the transmission parts are seriously worn or loose, the position of the plastic bag will be inaccurate during the sealing process, thus affecting the sealing quality. Replace worn parts or tighten loose parts in time.
Third, check and improve packaging materials
Material quality:
Ensure that the packaging materials used are of reliable quality and meet production requirements. If the quality of the packaging material is not good, such as uneven corona treatment of the composite material, the effect is not good, it will directly affect the sealing quality.
Material handling:
Pre-treatment of packaging materials before use, such as removal of moisture, impurities, etc. If there is moisture or dirt in the seal, it will also cause the seal to be weak.
