With the continuous deepening of technologh,the film blowing machine will continue to be updated and play a more important role in pushing the plastics and packaging industry forward.So what is the correct shutdown process of the blown film machine,let us understand
1.Turn off the power switvh of the corona processor first.
2.Turn off the heater switch on the die head and the fuselage.
3.Run each extruder at a low speed to cool the extruder and die slowly.
4.After the temperature of each temperature control table drops below 135℃,stop the operation of the extruder,and turn off the up and down traction and winding switches.Turn off the power switch and turn off the compressed air switch.
5.Unload,weigh,pack and store the film on the reel.
6.Clean up the remaining materials of each extruder,and clean the ground and equipment sanitation.
Proper shutdown can prolong the service life of the film blowing machine.
