1.The power switch of the corona treater should be turned off first.
2.Turn off the heater switch on the die head and the body.
3.Run each extruder at low speed to slowly cool the extruder and die.
4.After the temperature of each temperature control table drops below 135℃,stop the operation of the extruder,and turn off the upper and lower traction and winding switches.Turn off the power switch and turn off the compressed air switch.
5.Unload,weigh,pack and store the film on the take-up reel.
6.Clean up the remaining materials of each extruder,and clean the ground and equipment.
