Packing inspection of middle sealing bag making machine:
1.Packing:the machine personnel will sort out the products in this process,select the unqualified products with quality defects (such as folds,tunnels,flowers,knife lines,loose heat sealing,four seals,incomplete patterns,etc.),bind the qualified products,and submit them to the machine quality inspector for inspection.
2.Inspection:the machine quality inspector shall inspect the quantity and quality one by one.After the quantity and quality are qualified,they shall be packed into the box as required and put into the packing list;The selected unqualified products are placed in cartons with "unqualified"marks.
3.The machine personnel will send the products on duty to the appearance quality inspection room.
4.The general quality inspector shall carry out spot check on the products submitted for inspection according to the specified production,and package and put them into storage after passing the inspection.
