1.Reasons for air bubbles in the real seal:
(1)Uneven sealing pressure or uneven pressure at the four corners; (2)Bottom deviation from center; The bottom of silicone rubber is too wide;Incorrect installation of sealing knife; The sealing knife has low pressure and high temperature; Silicone rubber is not smooth or aged;
Solution:If there are bubbles during operation,a hot cloth can be placed at the bottom; The rest can be sealed with a few bevel or overlapping knives.
2. Reasons for wrinkles during back sealing and heat sealing:
Poor tension leads to inconsistent tightness on both sides of the membrane; Pressure imbalance between cooling knife and heat sealing knife; There aer wrinkles on the hot cloth; Uneven pressure of the hot sealing knife;
Solution:(1)Adjust the left and right tension to the same level; Adjust the pressure; (2)Iron flat cloth; Adjust the pressure of the heat sealing knife; Get the template back on track.
