The heating element is installed in the heating chamber. The outlet of the heating chamber is connected to the melting chamber through the air inlet pipe. The drive unit is chain driven. The waste plastic is heated and melted by hot air, and the melted plastic melt is extruded and granulated through a screw. The recycled waste plastic does not need to be crushed again, successfully avoiding noise and dust flying, and improving labor conditions.

By controlling the temperature of the hot air, the problem of temperature rise and degradation during the plastic melting process can be avoided, and the hot air can be recycled to reduce energy consumption.
